Happy to announce that I accepted an invitation to be part of the editorial board of the journal Basic and Applied Ecology (BAE), which is the flagship journal of The Ecological Society of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

When it comes to publishing, I have a personal preference for journals from scientific societies. I believe that a portion of the revenues from these publications often contribute to supporting a wide range of valuable initiatives, such as the organisation of conferences, the provision of travel stipends and awards, and more.
